A. “Book Your Stay” Form and Contact/Inquiry Forms
When you use the “Book Your Stay” form (available at https://ilianthos-arcadia.com/book-your-stay/) and/or any contact or inquiry form on the Website, we collect personal data necessary to handle your request, communicate with you, and take steps prior to entering into a reservation/accommodation agreement. The data we may collect includes, indicatively:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Check-in/check-out dates (booking dates) and/or requested stay dates
- Guest information, such as number of guests, adults/children, and any additional details you provide (e.g., preferences, special requests, notes in the message field)
Purpose: We use this data solely to respond to your request, check availability, organize and prepare a potential booking, provide customer support, and communicate with you regarding your stay. Providing this information is necessary for us to process your request and proceed with booking-related steps.
B. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
C. Media
If you upload images to the Website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Website can download and extract any location data from images hosted on the site.
3. Cookies
